Spring 2- Overview

28.2.20

As scientists this half term we are learning about plants. Today we had to use our background knowledge to make a plant out of equipment in the classroom. We then tried to label the different parts. After all of our learning this half term we will have another try and see if we can label all of the parts.

26.2.20

As Geographers we are going to be tracking the weather in Mosborough this term. Today we have been getting familiar with different types of weather.

6.02.2020

This afternoon we found a map from Jofli! He had a picture but didn’t know what it was or what it was used for. We discovered that Jofli had left us a map, so we put on our coats and followed it around school. We found four bear prints that Jofli had hidden!

6.02.2020

We really love our PE lessons with Mr Rocket! This half term we have been practising our ball skills.

28.01.2020

Last week, during our maths lesson we spotted something was different with the weather outside! We went out to investigate and discovered that it was snowing! We thought about how the weather felt and looked. Some people even tried to taste it!

During our geography lessons, we have been looking at where we live and adding it to our map of Mosborough! Keep a close eye on this page to watch us add more of our houses!

23.01.2020

We have been on a material hunt, using our word mats to discover what different objects are made out of.
